Combo Resuelto

Want a tasty meal without the fuss? The Combo Resuelto ('all sorted') brings together Venezuelan flavours that simply belong together: cachapas (sweet pancakes made from young corn), fresh cheese, natilla criolla (Venezuelan soured cream), carne mechada or pollo mechado (slow-cooked shredded beef or chicken) and, to finish on a sweet note, our golfeados (sweet rolled buns with papelón and cheese).
