Tequeños plantain & cheese

Flavour and tradition in every bite! 😋 Our plantain & cheese tequeños are a delicious combination of flavours that will transport you to authentic Venezuelan cooking. They're made with plantain fingers cooked in melao de papelón (syrup made from papelón, Venezuelan unrefined cane sugar) and sweet spices, together with cheese, all wrapped in a thin wheat-flour dough that you can fry or bake as you prefer. They're ideal any time of day, whether for a delicious breakfast or a comforting afternoon snack. Each pack contains 16 pieces, so you can share these flavour-packed bites with your loved ones. A Venezuelan taste experience you shouldn't miss! 🇻🇪 ---------------------------------------------- Preparation: thaw at room temperature for about 10-15 min. Heat the oil to 170 °C. Fry the snacks for approx. 3 min until golden brown, then drain on kitchen paper. Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, margarine, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, yeast, nutmeg and white cheese.
